Note: If you have already applied and been approved to foster or adopt, there is no need to apply again! If you haven’t received a response within 7 days, make sure to check your Spam folder or email our adoptions team at adopt@heartsandbonesrescue.com.
The adoption application allows us to find the best possible match for a dog and their future forever family. The decision to adopt a pet is an important one that we take seriously. Please take the time to read the questions and carefully complete this application. Please include full explanations with as much information as possible - this will help us with the review of your application, expediting the timeline. Incomplete applications are subject to rejection.
Following the submission of your adoption application, you should receive a confirmation of application submission. Given the volume of applications we receive, we appreciate your patience while we review your application. If you have not heard from an HBR representative after 7 days, please email us at adopt@heartsandbonesrescue.com and make sure to check your Spam folder! Please note that multiple emails will not result in a faster response.
One final note: we don't know breed mixes of our dogs (we list best guesses), so we cannot ever guarantee that a dog is hypoallergenic or allergy-friendly. Sorry!
